- Likud (Benjamin Netanyahu): 27 seats, 20.52%.
- Yashar (Gadi Eizenkot): 21 seats, 16.05%.

It says the outer-envelope votes have been counted and the regular polling stations given a first check, and that the seats are subject to its check on the integrity of the vote and to minor corrections in the coming days, as it re-examines polling stations and complaints. The results site, re-read at 06:13 UK time, still carried the 00:00 stamp, with 5,690,682 valid and 25,983 disqualified votes.

Open for trading.
- Who ends up as Israel's PM after the coming election? settles on whoever becomes prime minister after this vote, on official Israeli information and credible reports, and trades until 23:59 UK time (GMT) on 31 December 2026; its rules do not say what happens if nobody has taken office by then. At 06:48 UK time on 30 October 2026 it also showed 6.8p for Naftali Bennett.
- Will the Knesset approve a new government by 31 Dec? needs a new government to win a Knesset confidence vote and be in place by 11:59 pm New York time on 31 December (04:59 UK time, GMT, on 1 January 2027); a failed vote or a caretaker carrying on does not count, and Knesset records come first. Past its end date, not settled yet (when markets close). Will Israel's vote leave a hung Knesset? reached its end date at 00:00 UK time (GMT) on 27 October. It is Yes only if a new election is called, by dissolution or official announcement, before any government wins a confidence vote, and No if a government comes first or neither happens by 04:59 UK time (BST) on 1 July 2027; official Israeli government information comes first.
Settled on versus, next to the Committee's figures:
- Will Israel's election go ahead as planned? asked about nationwide voting on 27 October, the date the Committee gives for the election.
- How high will Israel's election turnout be? asked about the final official turnout, in six bands from under 66% to 74% or more; the statement gives 77.9%.
- Which party tops Israel's Knesset election?, Will Likud finish second in Israel's Knesset vote? and Will Yashar finish second in Israel's Knesset vote? rank lists by seats, with ties broken on valid votes; the statement gives Likud 27 seats, Yashar 21 and no other list more than 12.
- How many Knesset seats will Likud win? (five bands from under 20 to 35 or more) and Will Likud win fewer than 32 Knesset seats? (against the 32 of 2022) count Likud's seats: 27 in the statement.
- What share of the vote will Yashar get? (bands from below 16% to 24% or above) and Will Shas get 7% to 8% of Israel's vote? (Yes from 7% to below 8%) use shares of all valid votes, a share on a line going up a band; on the results site Yashar had 16.05% and Shas 5.26%.
From the official results to a government
The steps below follow the timetable on the presidency page of the President's website, which cites the Basic Laws.
- By Wednesday 4 November: official results in the Official Records, within eight days of election day (Basic Law: The Knesset, section 11), presented to the President, by convention, by the Committee's chair.
- Within seven days of publication: after consulting the parliamentary groups, the President gives a member of the Knesset the task of forming a government (Basic Law: The Government, section 7); with results on 4 November, by 11 November.
- Then 28 days, plus up to 14: a nominee named on 11 November who used all 42 days would reach 23 December (section 8). Once a member can form a government, a Knesset sitting is set within seven days (section 13); the 31 December prediction needs the confidence vote by its cut-off.
- If that fails: within three days the President names a second member, who gets 28 days, or says he sees no way forward; a member then put forward by a majority of the Knesset gets 14 days (sections 9 and 10). Failing that, the Knesset is treated as dissolved and an election follows within 90 days (section 11), which the hung Knesset prediction counts as an election being called.
