YES applies when the official count assigns Student List – Students Win a share from 30% inclusive up to but excluding 35% in Serbia's 2026 election for the 250-seat National Assembly; every other share is NO. Compute the share as that list's credited valid ballots divided by all valid ballots. Do not combine ballots credited to any other list or designation, regardless of cooperation, endorsements, coalition agreements or later parliamentary arrangements. A value exactly on a bracket boundary belongs to the higher bracket. If no definitive result exists by 31 March 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, use the under-30% bracket, so this item is NO. The outcome is determined by broad agreement across reliable reports. When reliable reports do not settle the result, only official results from Serbia's Republic Electoral Commission decide.
