YES if Lisa Beare wins the Maple Ridge–Pitt Meadows seat at the British Columbia Legislative Assembly general election on 24 October 2026, for a full term starting in October 2026 or later; otherwise NO. If another candidate, listed or not, wins the seat, NO. If the result is not definitive by 11:59 PM ET on 31 March 2027, NO. The winner is taken from consistent reports by reputable outlets; where those leave doubt, the official Elections BC result (elections.bc.ca) decides.
