This includes an election held early or at the expected 2027 time; if no such election occurs, or its first-round result is not known by 31 December 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, the answer is NO. Use consistent reputable reporting, with the French Government's Interior Ministry result controlling any ambiguity. A candidacy, poll, or party selection without an actual first-round result does not qualify.
