Relegation must be settled by 23:59 ET on 31 Dec 2026 (04:59 UTC on 1 Jan 2027); a relegation confirmed after that moment counts as NO. If the 2026 campaign is called off, or is postponed past that cut-off, or no team is confirmed for relegation within that time, the answer is NO.
