YES requires these five sides in UEFA's Euro 2028 finals field: England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland. Every route counts, including group victory, a best-runner-up place, play-offs or either reserved host place. Once participation by all five becomes impossible, NO applies immediately. NO also applies if Euro 2028 is canceled, postponed beyond 1 June 2028 at 11:59 PM ET, or UEFA has not officially confirmed the participants by that time. Official UEFA information is primary; agreement across reliable reporting may also establish the result.
