For the PA-06 district, YES belongs to the party whose candidate wins the U.S. House seat in the 2026 midterm election held on 3 November 2026. Determine party identity from the candidate’s ballot listing or another clear affiliation at the time all 2026 House races are conclusively called by the reporting sources; a candidate without a Democratic or Republican ballot affiliation is assigned to the party they most recently said they intended to caucus with at that time. Use a broad agreement among reputable election reports for the result. If those reports leave the winner unclear, use the official U.S. government result from the Federal Election Commission. Timing is assessed in ET; the listed answer corresponding to the winning party receives YES and the other receives NO.
