YES goes to the listed candidate who places first among all candidates, listed or not, in the first round of Bulgaria's 2026 presidential election, scheduled for 25 October 2026. Candidates are ranked by valid first-round votes; if two or more have the same total, they are ordered alphabetically by full name as written in our answer list, and whoever is then in the top position places first. If the candidate who places first is not on our list, every listed answer is NO. If the first-round result is not known definitively by 30 June 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, every listed answer is NO. At most one listed answer can be YES; all others are NO. The result as shown by broad agreement in reputable reporting decides; if that is ambiguous, only the official results published by Bulgaria's Central Election Commission (CEC) decide.
