YES applies when Malik Willis totals 8.5 or more touchdown passes during the 2026–27 NFL regular-season schedule. A lower total, or no regular-season appearance for any reason, gives NO, subject to the exceptional settlement below. Only games in the regular schedule count; official statistics from games completed before an early ending are used. If the schedule is cancelled, is pushed past 26 January 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, or the total cannot be established by then, settlement is divided equally. The National Football League’s records are the main evidence, while agreement among reliable reports may also establish the result.
